We provide online educational and mentorship services through our program Affiliate Architects, including coaching, digital tools, course modules, templates, and community access to help users learn how to generate affiliate commissions and scale income using TikTok Shop (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any related service-specific policies. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. Updates to these Terms become effective seven (7) days after posting unless immediate updates are required by law. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
3. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
4. Service Eligibility and Account Registration

Mason Media LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Affiliate Architects program at any time. While we strive for uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime or changes.
6. User Content and Conduct
You are responsible for all materials you share (videos, posts, testimonials, etc.). You must own or have rights to shared content. We may use community-shared content for marketing or educational purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward staff or members results in immediate removal.
7. Fees, Payment & Subscriptions
You agree to pay all fees due at purchase. Access is granted only after payment is received.
By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize automatic recurring charges.
Failure to complete payments within 3 days of a failed charge may result in suspension.
All sales are final except as covered under the Conditional Guarantee in the Terms of Purchase.
8. Program Content & Intellectual Property
All content within Affiliate Architects—including videos, frameworks, templates, dashboards, and modules—is the exclusive property of Mason Media LLC.
You may not reproduce, share, or redistribute materials without written permission.
9. User Obligations
Results depend on your own effort and consistency. Mason Media LLC provides guidance and tools but does not guarantee specific income results.
10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Mason Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Total liability shall not exceed the greater of $200 or the amount you paid in the previous six (6) months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mason Media LLC, its officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from your participation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. All disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Columbia, MO.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mason Media LLC.
